Before new girls are initiated as active members of Alpha Phi, they learn about everything that our sorority has to offer. From our founders and symbols to learning songs and secret handshakes, New Member Period is the most exciting part of the initiation process.

Loving Life as a Phi...

During New Member Period, New Phis get to know each and every girl in Alpha Phi. Each class hosts a different night of bonding. There are Greys Anatomy and Gossip Girl Nights, along with Take a Phi To Dinner, a weekly chance for an active member to have one-on-one time with a New Member. During Secret Sis Week, New Members are showered with gifts, treats and clues, leading up to Big Sis Revealing.
